STRENGTH
One hour of badass conditioning

Using hammocks, silks, aerial hoops and pull up bars you will learn all the best conditioning exercises and put them into action! With the aim to get you feeling super strong, super fast.

FLEXIBILITY
One hour of flexibility training

Each week you'll focus on a different set of stretches to help develop splits, side splits, shoulder flexibility and backbends, utilising the floor, the aerial hammocks and partner stretches.

CONFIDENCE
Basic aerial training in foundational moves

If you want to start aerial you need to master the basics such as inverting, climbs and foundational moves. By the end of the course you will understand what all of these are and be able to do them!
