We offer a range of drop-in classes to help you develop your strength and flexibility.

For newbies there are Aerial Tasters offering an introduction to hoop and silks so you can see what it’s like and which course suits you best.

We have Air Time sessions so you can come and practice all those new tricks you’ve learnt.

Private 1-2-1 or group classes are available on request subject to teacher / studio availability (please email us for more info).
