Each class includes aerial hoop conditioning, technique and a ton of badass hoop tricks. The classes are progressive so each week you will learn a different set of moves. We recommend that you have at least some upper body strength before you start.
At Level 1 we focus on building strength through aerial conditioning as well as teaching you some basic techniques and tricks.
At Level 2 we focus on building strength and stamina, as well as progressing your techniques and tricks.
At Level 3 we focus more on turning tricks into sequences and building the repertoire of moves.
At Level 4 we start to work on turning sequences into routines as well as learning more difficult tricks.
Beginners please note: If you don’t know how strong you need to be, try the Aerial Taster class first and if you struggle a lot with getting on and off the hoop and inverting, do some Pop Fit classes to build strength first. (Otherwise you won’t be able to progress as fast as you would like during the course). What to wear & bring:
Nothing needed to bring except your enthusiasm!
A bottle of water is also recommended so you stay hydrated.
Please wear leggings that cover the backs of your legs, no jewellery and be prepared to work in bare feet.
