Want to try aerial out before booking a course to see if you like it? Then this is the perfect class for you. Consists of a 15 min warm up, 20 mins on silks, 20 mins on hoop and a 5 min cool down. You will cover all the very basics of aerial like climbs, inverts and basic shapes. No experience necessary and the teacher can assess you if you are in doubt which class or course to do next.
What to wear & bring:
Nothing needed to bring except your enthusiasm!
A bottle of water is also recommended so you stay hydrated.
Please wear leggings that cover the backs of your legs, no jewellery and be prepared to work in bare feet.
