Being flexible is part and parcel of being an aerialist so here at Skylab we have two different styles of flexibility classes for you to work on your stretches.
Extreme Stretch is a deep stretch class on the floor where we work on developing those much wanted splits, straddles and back bends.
Aerial Yoga is a more gentle approach to stretching combining breath, yoga and using the hammocks for support.
