This is a two hour session every week for four weeks. The first hour is to fast track your strength and the second hour to develop your flexibility.
Each week we focus on different ways to improve your strength on different apparatus (including hammock, silks and hoop) and a different set of flexibility moves (including splits, straddle, shoulders and backbends).
We also introduce you to the basics of aerial so that you can build your confidence when it comes to hanging upside down.
This course is specifically designed for those wanting to do aerial but find that they need to develop more strength and flexibility before they do so.
By the end of the Kickstart Program you will have found new muscles, a greater range of motion and a lot more confidence with regards to starting out on an aerial course.
What to wear & bring:
Nothing needed to bring except your enthusiasm!
A bottle of water is also recommended so you stay hydrated.
Please wear leggings that cover the backs of your legs, no jewellery and be prepared to work in bare feet.
